Meet Your Teacher

Hi Everyone, I'm Rachel! I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to guiding you through your wellness journey. I hold 14 years of experience teaching beginning and advanced students of all ages and backgrounds.

 

My expertise lies in teaching yoga and meditation to those who experience addiction, chronic migraines, anxiety, and depression. In March 2026, I lived at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nepal. While there, I studied and practiced the Dzogchen, Bon, Mahamudra, and Vajrayana traditions of meditation extensively. Additionally, I have studied yoga in depth in India, Bali, and Costa Rica. Through my travels to 50 countries, I've learned how cultural differences shape our view of wellness.

I remain committed to creating a comfortable, personalized atmosphere for every student. Each one-on-one session prioritizes growth and personal fulfillment. I look forward to working with you!
