Hi Everyone, I'm Rachel! I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to guiding you through your wellness journey.
Experience
I possess 14 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation to beginning and advanced students of all ages and backgrounds. My expertise lies in teaching yoga and meditation to those who experience substance use disorder, addiction, chronic migraines, anxiety, and depression. I have traveled to India, Bali, Costa Rica, and Guatemala to deepen my understanding of meditation, Ayurveda, and the yoga tradition. Additionally, through my travels to 46 countries, I've learned how cultural differences shape our view of wellness.
